Compassionate Fatigue Syndrome

Service Description

This training provides social care practitioners, and carers with the opportunity to reflect on their practice. To build on existing skills, knowledge, values needed to understand and work with the impact of ongoing exposure to trauma, enabling them to recognise when they are on the verge or experiencing Compassionate Fatigue Syndrome. Learners are provided practical strategies that they can begin using immediately, to build resilience and manage the impact of collective trauma and grief on them and their family.
